Dear Editor:  While I realize that it’s part of the election process for candidates to exaggerate their resumes, I feel compelled to set the record straight on one issue.  Trustee candidate Thomas Whalen is attempting to claim credit for the upcoming installation of 22 new bulkheads in our Village.
