A nasty blizzard was not enough to stop the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. While dogs were beginning to arrive at the Garden Feb. 10, long-time pet columnist Joanne Anderson received two awards at the Dog Writers Association of America (DWAA) banquet across the street.
