This notice is issued pursuant to Subdivision 4
of Section 120-w of the
General Municipal Law
and is a notice of a Final
Request for Proposals for
the financing, provision
of collection means and
services and the facilities,
having to do with the
collection of municipal
solid waste and recyclable materials, including
yard waste, from residential establishments
(all improved residential
parcels, three families or
less) within the unincorporated areas of the Town
of Babylon and the Village of Amityville, Suffolk County, New York.
The means, services and
facilities are expected to
include: the routing; vehicles; central yard and
facilities; administrative
management; maintenance support; and customer service support
to perform services as
specified in the Request
for Proposals.
Copies of the Final Request for Proposals may
be obtained at Babylon

of General Services, 200
East Sunrise Highway,
Lindenhurst, New York
11757 between the hours
of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30
p.m., except Saturdays,
Sundays and Holidays,
