Dispose of old meds safely

New York State Sen. Chuck Fuschillo is promoting the Shed the Meds program this week, and is asking residents in his district to take the time to clean out and clear out their medicine cabinets of old prescription and over-the-counter drugs. Residents can bring them down to Massapequa Park, Brady Park, Lake Shore Drive between Front Street and Clark Boulevard, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., Sat.
