Discrimination lawsuit against Amityville Village pulled

Case was without merit, say Village's attorneys
A federal court judge signed off on an agreement to dismiss a case of discrimination brought against the Amityville Village Board and Amityville Police Departrment after the plaintiff withdrew his complaint
