On Wednesday, March 31, Our Lady of Consolation Nursing & Rehabilitative Care Center, located at 111 Beach Drive, West Islip, in conjunction with the West Islip Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Taste of West Islip The evening will offer the community a chance to sample delicious food from a variety of restaurant vendors from the West Islip area, such as Italiano’s, Long River Chinese Cuisine, Farrell’s and Sea Levels. This event will be held between the hours of 6 – 9 p.m. and admission will be $10 per person. Children under the age of 12 are free of charge. Funds from this event will go directly to the West Islip Chamber of Commerce.
