Every year about this time, the supply of blood that is vitally needed to save lives runs low. As a result of the busy holiday season, and all of the accidents and other problems that arise as people rush about, the demand for blood generally exceeds what is available. Now is the time for you to donate.

You can do it if you are 18 years-of-age or older and in good health. Or, you can put together a group of blood donors at work, within your community or fra­ternal organization.
