Longtime Amityville resident and school nurse Viola Lottman-Radzow died Nov. 25, 2009 in Stuart, Florida. She was 96 and was a spirited character who loved life and children, according to her family. “She loved being a mother and grandmother. She loved kids so much that she went to work in the schools,” said her son, Cortley Lottman of Amityville.
