Babylon Town Tax Receiver, Corinne DiSomma, stated that 2009/2010 first half taxes are due and payable in her office at 200 East Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, on or before January 10, 2010. Since January 10th is on a Sunday this year, there will be no penalty if paid by Monday, January 11, 2010.
