Amityville Memorial High School students participated in the VIP Café Program, developing work skills by serving breakfast to administrators and teachers each Friday. The student “waiters and waitresses” provide the “customers,” or faculty, with a menu and take orders for breakfast items. Once the orders are filled and change is provided, the collected mon- ey is donated to various charities.
