The Festival of Lights Community Ceremony will take place Sun., Dec. 6, 4 p.m. at the intersection of Udall Road and Higbie Lane, West Islip. This will be the 34th year that this festival has taken place. The event is sponsored by the West Islip American Legion Post 1738 and the West Islip Chamber of Commerce. Many students from West Islip participate in singing and dancing.
