The Amityville Fire Department softball team had an 18-0 record to take first place in the regular season and a 4-1 record in the playoffs to win the 2009 Cham-pionship.   Amityville won the championship in 2008 making it two consecutive Championships.   Second basemen Stephen Juliano was MVP for the champi-onship series.
