Dear Editor: Most of my life, I did not care for Ted Kennedy’s politics. I am a registered Republican and very conservative on economic issues. I grew up during the Viet Nam war and missed my father one weekend a month to the Air Force Reserves as he flew troops across our country. Faithful to the President, Richard M. Nixon, my family supported the War efforts.
