NOTICE TO BIDDERS Pursuant to Resolution adopted by the Town Board, the Town of Babylon Commissioner of General Services, Division of Purchasing will received sealed bids for RFP NO. 09G83 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION FOR THE TOWN OF BABYLON'S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM until 10:00 a.m. on THURSDAY, AUGUST 27, 2009, at Town Hall, 200 East Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York 11757 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. The proposal may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address. Proposals will not be accepted after 10:00 a.m. on the date of the opening. NO EXCEPTIONS SHALL BE GRANTED.
