John L. Turner, Jr. president and chief operating officer, retired from Allied Mineral Products, Inc. March 3 after more than 38 years of outstanding service. Turner is a 1959 graduate of Amityville Memorial High School; the son of John and Marion Turner formerly of Lombardi Place.
