Nicole received the Art Award for the Park Avenue School and was nominated by her art teacher, Mrs. Dorothy MacGregor. Dahlia received a writing award for an essay contest she entered, the topic of which was "Going Green." They both received a certificate, a gold medal and a gift card for Barnes & Noble. Both of the girls' families are very proud of their accomplishments.
