The Amityville Little League is offering free umpire training Classes. All children age 13 and up are eligible to be trained and hired as a league umpire. All family members of registered players are also invited to attend the classes. The more you know the better you will understand the game. Conflicts usually occur when the spectators don't know the rules. The class is 3 hours long and will be held in early March.
