Babylon Town Supervisor Steve Bellone announced today that the Town Assessor's office will extend its hours of operation beginning Monday, February 2, 2009. This year they put together a puzzle with all the presidents. This is their first step in learning about government. More ... A statewide competitive Civil Service exam for the position of correction officer trainee will be held on April 4. There are no minimum requirements for taking this written examination. The Amityville Little League is offering free umpire training Classes. All children age 13 and up are eligible to be trained and hired as a league umpire.
