Amity Golfers Start Season with EWGA

With more than 900 members, the LI Chapter is the largest EWGA chapter in the world and one of the most active. Now in its ninth year, in 2007 EWGA LI was voted Best Networking organization, in a reader poll conducted by Long Island Business News.

According to Wendy O'Neill of Amityville, board member and communications chair of EWGA LI, "EWGA has grown consistently each year and now offers 10 leagues across Nassau/Suffolk counties, including

nearby Peninsula Golf Club in Massapequa. We also provide educational clinics, as well as social and networking events to connect members with "fellow" golfers." she said.
