Pet parade at Amityville's Annual Heritage Fair
Dozens of pets strutted their stuff at the annual Heritage Fair in Amityville Village June 14 and some participated in the Heritage Fair Pet Show, walking away with prizes. Entrants included dogs coming from as far away as North Shore Towers, a ferret, and a pair of guinea pigs- "Mari­lyn Monroe" and her sibling "Q-Bert." Shown here are "Bella", a Lhasa mix bride in off-white, and "Sabian" the ferret dressed as a rabbi.
