Amityville public school basketball team undefeated

The Edmund W. Miles Middle School basketball team in the Amityville Public School District had a perfect season, winning every game and exhibiting teamwork and sportsmanship. To congratulate the team on the results of their outstanding effort, middle school principal Nicole Theo held a "Champions Dessert" during which the team, coaches, family and some staff members gathered in the library to enjoy refreshments and the presentation of a plaque commemorating the team's achievement.
