Fine food and wine benefit to be held May 12

Response of Suffolk County and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention join together to host In Good Taste, an evening of fine foods, wine and dessert from across Long Island, Monday, May 12th at the Carltun in Eisenhower Park, East Meadow. Help to raise funds for two great causes. Purchase tickets online at AFSP.org or call 516-869-4215 for information.

Response of Suffolk County provides a 24-hour crisis hotline and now has an online program called Hear2Help. For adolescents who go to the Internet community to seek support and understanding, Hear2Help is a safe place for them to talk about their struggles. You can reach a Hear2Help counselor online at www.responsehotline.org, or call Response at 631- 751-7500.
