Healthy workshop offered at circle gallery May 3 Want your body to feel better? Looking to increase your energy and vitality or achieve the ideal weight? Need to overcome food cravings and binges? Can't discover what foods nourish the body and ultimately your creativity? Join a workshop on finding a healthy lifestyle with Andrea Zeledon on Sat., May 3, 2 p.m., at the Circle Gallery, 186 Broadway, Amityville. During the program, Zeledon will touch on topics that include the obesity epidemic, unhealthy eating habits, finding a balanced overview of nutrition, and discovering nutritional as well as emotional stability in our lives. In describing her philosophy, Zeledon says, "My passion is helping individuals transform their lives through the power of nutrition." She promises an engaging and educational workshop that can positively change your life forever. A nationally certified holistic nutritional counselor and educator, Zeledon is the director and founder of Spirit Wellness and is currently working with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, counseling the inflow of new students. She also offers cooking classes and has recently launched a program for women on the healing power of yoga and nutrition.
