Help offered for pregnant moms

Are you pregnant and feeling alone, not sure what to do or where to go? The Suffolk Perinatal Coalition can help. The organizations provides many services such as prenatal education, referrals, Mentoring Mother's Program (which connects you with a friend to support you throughout your pregnancy) and much more.
