The Babylon Arts Council Announces Spring Art Classes

The Babylon Arts Council (BACCA) is offering a lineup of spring art classes for children and adults. A variety of drawing and painting classes are available to students on all levels. Work at your own pace, learn new skills, or build upon old ones. Enroll in some old favorites such as Still-life and Portraits. Or, try our new adult classes, Collage using mixed-media and recycled materials, and Narrative Painting in which you "paint a story." Children, age nine and up can participate in Watercolor and Beyond and create 2D and 3D mixed-media masterpieces.

The eight-week spring session begins April 7 and ends June, 7. Classes are being held in the BACCA Room in the Babylon Town Hall Annex, 281 Phelps Ln., North Babylon. The fee is $80 for members and $100 for non-members. For more information contact The Babylon Arts Council at 631-587- 3696 or visit the organization's website at www.babylonarts.com.
