At the Library... •The Library is offering a bus trip to see the New York Islanders v. the Philadelphia Flyers, Sat. March 1. The bus departs the Copiague Library 1 p.m. for the 2 p.m. game. the cost is $35 for Copiague cardholders and $40 for non cardholders. The price includes the ticket to the game, school bus transportation and all gratuities.
•On Sat. Feb. 16, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Eddie Costello returns to give a mini seminar on antiques. The primary goals of the program is to help you learn how to detect the old and recognize the valuable for yourself. You will not only come away armed with basic antiques expertise, you will be more than capable of doing some amateur appraising as well.
