Employees should have money and motivation In reference to your story, "Babylon Town and CSEA ink new contract',(Front cover, Jan. 10), you quoted Mr. Kluesner: "We will still be competitive because we continue to offer competitive salaries with holidays, vacation and sick days" to CSEA employees. One also hopes that CSEA employees are motivated by their opportunity to serve the well being of the Town of Babylon. Cheers!
