Judith Graziano, former Amityville resident, at 64

Longtime Lindenhurst resident and wife of a former Amityville Village Police Officer Judith Graziano, died Dec. 18, 2007. She was described by her family as a woman who spent her life caring for her husband and family. She was 64 years old.

Born in Queens on August 18, 1943 to Matthew and Ruth (nee Hein) Kasulka, she later settled on Long Island and raised her family. For many years she was an Avon salesperson.

Mrs. Graziano leaves behind her children: Kathy LeRoy, Jerri-Beth Catalanotti and her husband Joseph, Ruth Garguilo and her husband Joseph and Rachel; her seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and her brother, David Kasulka. She was predeceased by her husband of 33 years, Jerry, a former Amityville Police Officer, and her sons, John and Matthew.

The Rev. David W. Anglin, pastor, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, officiated at a Funeral at the Powell Funeral Home, Amityville, on December 21, 2007. Interment followed in the Long Island National Cemetery in Pinelawn.
