Terrence Washington is a senior at Amityville Memorial High School. In January of this year he appeared at Amateur Night at the Apollo and took third place by playing A Night in Tunisia on the tenor saxophone. Once again Washington has been chosen out of 300 to appear on Jan. 7, 2009.

T.J. , Washington's nickname, has played with professional groups such at The Soul Explosion Band, the reggae Survival Band, Ray Chew and The Crew, the Bay Big Band and Amityville Jazz Band.
