An Eagle Scout Court of Honor was held for Conor Boyle, of Amityville. Conor joined Troop 690 in Seaford while attending St. William the Abbot School there. He credits much of his success in attaining the rank of Eagle to his Troop's Scoutmaster, Larry Bamberger. His Eagle Project involved the collection, clean-up and delivery of bicycles to Recycle-A-Bicycle, a NYC based charity that repairs and distributes bicycles to the children of NYC, as well as providing internships, community service and outreach programs related to safe biking.
