Business event hosted by Sen. Owen Johnson drew a good crowd last week.

Johnson hosts business networking event

New York State Sen. Owen Johnson (R-Babylon), recently hosted a gathering of business men and women and Chambers of Commerce. The annual event helps promote business and commerce in his district, and throughout Long Island. It was held at Captain Bill’s Restaurant in Bay Shore.

In attendance were Chambers of Commerce from throughout Babylon, including Amityville. “Getting together with business people and members of other Chambers of Commerce in our area is always a positive thing,” said Amityville Village  Chamber President John DiLiberto who represented Amityville with Chamber Board Member Joanne Goodman at the event.
