Suffolk County Helen Keller Services for the blind is seeking volunteers in all areas of Suffolk County to spend one or two hours a week visiting blind, elderly people who are home bound. Visits will involve socialization, reading mail and in some cases, transportation to the store or doctor. For more information regarding this volunteer program, please call 631-424-0022.
