Longtime Amityville resident and area bank teller, Joyce C. Duryea died May 18, 2008 at New Island Hospital in Bethpage. She was 64. She was born January 19, 1944 in Kew Gardens and was raised in Farmingdale. She lived on County Line Road in Amityville for 42 years.
