Village hosts initial county WI-FI trial

Suffolk
is in the initial stages of its Wi-Fi plan and Amityville has been selected as the testing ground. S.C. Leg. Wayne Horsley, in cooperation with the Town and the Village worked to begin the program along the Route 110 Corridor. The area will be used to test operational capabilities and extend into the Town of Huntingon.
"We are very pleased to have been selected as the place
where this program is going to start," said Amityville Village Mayor Peter
Imbert. "This pilot program has our blessing."
