"A" stands for Apples, Art and Amityville, and all were well represented at the Amityville Rotary Club's annual Applefest Oct. 6. The event was held on the grounds of the First United Methodist Church and beautiful weather brought hundreds of fairgoers.
There was plenty to see, to buy and to taste at the popular fall fair. Organizers said the event helped to raise money for many of the club's local projects.
