Police seek public's help in accidental death case

Suffolk County Detectives are looking for witnesses to an accident in which a Town of Babylon employee, Ryan Horodnicki, fell off a Dodge Ram truck at 10:50 a.m. at Overlook Beach parking lot. Horodnicki, 20 years of age was found lying on the pavement. He was airlifted by helicopter to the hospital and on July 23, died of his injuries.

A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Suffolk County First Squad Detectives at 631- 854-8152 or 631-854-8177 or Crime Stoppers at 1- 800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
