Rotary helps send them off well prepared

The Rotary Club of Amityville, working with Project Redirect, an organization that provides temorary housing for families in emergency situations, provided 20 backpacks for youngsters, complete with calculators, pens, pencils, binders and other supplies to get them started on a new school year. Shown in photo delivering the backpacks are Rotary Club President Don Carney, Chairperson Janet King and case worker Tanya Seaton.
