POLICE BLOTTER
The following incidents have been reported by the Amityville Police Department and Suffolk County Police Departments and other local fire and law enforcement agencies

GRAND LARCENY

North Amityville: On August 8, sometime before 4 p.m., someone stole a 2001 Toyota Corolla parked on 43rd Street.

A 1995 Acura Legend parked on the Boulevard was stolen the night of August 13.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

North Amityville: Someone vandalized a car on Geraldine Avenue August 9. The incident was reported at 1 a.m.

Copiague: On August 11, shortly before 7 p.m., someone vandalized a plumber's truck on Sunrise Highway and took several tools.

The tires of a car parked on Galvani Street were slashed August 13. The incident was reported at 8 a.m. ARRESTS

DWI. The following persons have been arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated or impaired: Harold Connor, 193 Sycamore St., Bethpage; Christian Connors, 45 Essex Rd., Bethpage; Matthew Ioli, 814 6th St., West Babylon; Daniel Mahoney, 24 Ventura Drive, N Babylon; David Sabato, 376 Nevada Street, Lindenhurst; Edward Sadlowski, 120 Daffodil Ave., Franklin Square; Manuael Sanchez, 16 Genoa St., West Babylon; Ricardo Tejada, 114 Robins St., Lindenhurst;

Rape: James Johnson, 137 North 24th St., Wyandanch.
