One of the greatest benefits of meditation is that we will not only have peace in our own homes but will contribute to the peace of the world.

That is the message that Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj brought to hundreds when he visited Science of Spirituality at 79 County Line Rd., in Amityville on his New York journey Aug. 3 and 4.

At a time when meditation has become mainstream, H.H. Sant Ranjinder Singh Ji Maharaj takes the practice back to its spiritual roots- a way to experience at the level of the soul. "In an age when life is becoming more and more chaotic," he said.

"Meditation is a private retreat from the problems of the world."

Sant Rajinder Singh Ja Maharaj presented two events, Conquer Life's Challenges through meditation and Meditation: The Ultimate Experience of Peace and Love.

"By spending time daily in meditation, we will come in contact with spiritual realms of love, light and peace within. Divine love is so fulfilling and intoxicating that we experience a joy far greater than any we can know from any material gains in this world," said Ji Maharaj.

"People have a thirst for His Holiness' message."
