Tanner Park to host Pow-Wow

Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts (BACCA) and the Town of Babylon will present the 27th Annual Paumanauke Pow-Wow, Saturday, August 11, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, August 12, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Tanner Park, Copiague. The event will be held rain or shine.

There will be traditional dancers, audience participation, traditional drums, great native foods, dance competitions, quality traders, crafts contest and specialty dances.

The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for seniors and children ages five to twelve. Call BACCA for details at 631-587-3696.
