Firefighting and Rescue
Equipment Reserve Fund
under Section 6(g) of the

the COPIAGUE FIRE DISTRICT.
The resolution further
provides that there be
transferred from the
present Firefighting and
Rescue Reserve Equipment
Fund of the COPIAGUE
FIRE DISTRICT a sum not
to exceed Fifty Thousand
($50,000.00) Dollars for
said purchase, and the District
Treasurer is authorized

to effect such transfer

from time to time to effect
such purchase.
This resolution shall not
take effect until thirty (30)
days unless in the meanwhile
a mandatory referendum
as provided by General
Municipal Law is required
to be held.
