Vacation Bible school to be held July 16 The Holy Trinity Baptist Church 2007 Vacation Bible School Program will be held Monday, July 16 through Friday, July 20, 8:30 a.m. to noon, at the Church, 300 Albany Ave., Amityville. Take the Plunge! Make a Splash With Jesus, is the theme of this year's Vacation Bible School Program and the scripture reference is based on John 4:14. Classes are available for all ages, from pre-school to adult and are open to the public. Along with the Bible story class time, the five-day course will consist of daily devotion, arts and crafts, recreation, music sessions, etc. A light lunch meal will be provided for all attendees at the end of each day. Call the church at 631-842-6770 to register. There is no cost, but donations are always appreciated. Transportation is available, however prior request and reservation for transportation is a must. The Take The Plunge! Make a Splash With Jesus 2007 Bible Schools Program Friends and Family Kick-Off Picnic will be held Saturday, July 14 on the Church grounds, rain or shine, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. A Post 2007 Vacation Bible School outing to Splish Splash Water Park in Riverhead will be held Saturday, July 21, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The cost is $30 per person and available to Bible School participants only.
