State of New York, on the
13th day of June, 2007, subject
to a permissive referendum

Municipal Law.
An extract of the resolution
is as follows:
The COPIAGUE FIRE
DISTRICT maintains an
Apparatus Reserve Fund
under Section 6(g) of the
General Municipal Law in
which account there is sufficient
funds to accomplish
the purpose hereinafter set
forth; namely, Purchase of
a District Utility Vehicle
and Snow Plow, and it is
proposed to make said purchase
in order to maintain
the high standards of the
COPIAGUE FIRE DISTRICT
in the discharge of
its duties in preserving the
lives and property of the
residents of the community
and said purchase is
deemed in the best interests
of the residents of the
COPIAGUE FIRE DISTRICT.
The resolution further
provides that there be
transferred from the
present Apparatus Reserve
Fund of the COPIAGUE
FIRE DISTRICT a sum not
to exceed Forty Thousand
($40,000.00) Dollars, and
the District Treasurer is
authorized to effect such
transfer from time to effect
such purchase.
This resolution shall not
take effect until thirty (30)
days unless in the meanwhile
a mandatory referendum
as provided by General
Municipal Law is required
to be held.
