Kiwanis Club of Copiague earns award
For the third time in the past several years the Kiwanis Club of Copiague has earned the Distinguished Club Award from Kiwanis International. To earn this honor, a club must support youth activities in their community with both financial aid and participation. The club must also increase membership while maintaining current membership. In addition, the club must file all reports and other documentation to both NY State and International as required in a timely fashion. Shown, left to right, are Kiwanians Maria Miller, Past President Robert McIntosh, Lt. Governor Louise Perrotta, Club President Donald Brugel, Secretary Carol Lynch, and President-elect Michael Caldwell.
