that on April 23, 2007, the
Board of Trustees of the Village
      of Amityville, in the
County of Suffolk, New
York, adopted the bond
resolution entitled:
"Supplemental Bond Resolution
          of the Village of
Amityville,   New   York,
adopted April 23, 2007, authorizing
              the construction
of a new Village Hall; stating
      the estimated maximum
          cost   thereof   is
$9,000,000; appropriating
$4,000,000 in addition to
the $5,000,000 heretofore
appropriated for such purpose;

issuance of $4,000,000 serial
    bonds in addition to the
$5,000,000 serial bonds
heretofore     authorized
therefor; and stating that
other Village funds available
      for such purpose are
authorized to be expended
to pay a part of such cost or
to redeem the Village's
bonds or notes issued for

          as an offset to the
taxes for the payment of the
