applications must be received

be delivered personally to
the voter. Absentee ballots
must be received by the District

A deposit of $50.00 is required
          for each set of Contract
        Documents.   Checks
are to be made payable to
the "Town of Babylon."
Such deposit will be refunded
          to any Bidder, duly
submitting a bid with the
required bid security, upon
return of complete set of
Plans and Specifications in
good condition within thirty
(30) days of award of contract.
Non-Bidders   returning
complete sets of Plans and

Specifications within thirty
(30) days of award of contract
        will receive one-half
(1/2) of their deposit.
Non-return of Plans and
Specifications or sets returned
            after thirty (30)
days of award of contract
will result in forfeiture of
$50.00 deposit.
Each Proposal must be accompanied
                  by a Certified
Check or Bid Bond made
payable to the Town of
Babylon in the amount of
five per cent (5%) of the total
    amount of the bid.
The Town of Babylon encourages
