Amityville Kiwanis visits Brunswick Nursing Home
The Amityville Kiwanis Club has been visiting the Brunswick Nursing Home over the past few months. The chairperson of community events Dave Heller, organized the Club's donations of sweatsuits, sneakers and other presents for the holidays. Community residents George Cornell (also a Kiwanis member) and Caroline D'Antonio helped out with the donations.
The Amityville Kiwanis Club recently paid a visit to the Brunswick residents for Valentine's Day. Flowers were handed out to everyone along with handmade Valentine's cards by the Amityville's K-Builders and Mrs. Thorn's fourth grade students.
