Volunteers needed to tutor adult learners

Literacy Suffolk, Inc., is seeking volunteers to help adults in your community learn to read, write, and/or speak English. Tutors meet with adult learner(s) for 2 to 3 hours a week in local libraries for at least a year. A 21-hour tutor training workshop starts at the North Amityville Senior Center, Saturday, March 24.
