FOR THE YEAR 2006
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
WHEREAS arrears of taxes levied in the year 2006 by the Village of Amityville, charged
and imposed pursuant to law, remain due and unpaid on several tracts, plots, pieces, or
parcels of land, situate, lying and being in the Village of Amityville, Town of Babylon,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, and described in the following list indicating
the names of those owners or occupants as the same upon the assessment roll for the
said year and following said names are amounts, including tax fees, interest and charges
