+The Library has planned a trip to see the New York Islanders vs. the Montreal Canadiens, Saturday, February 24, departing noon for a 1 p.m. game the cost is $26 for residents and $31 for non-residents. The cost includes ticket to the game, school bus transportation, bag lunch and all gratuities. Tickets for this trip are available. Call or visit the library to register.

+On Saturday, February 10, noon to 1:30 p.m. a seminar on African Heritage will be offered by Ernest Boyd.

+Also on Saturday, February 10, 2 to 3 p.m. twotime award-winning writer, director and producer J.D. Lawrence will present How Do You Know Where You're Going, If You don't Know Where You Came From?, a skit about a young child who refuses to see the importance of the African-American contribution to history after failing a test on black history.
